Prices for opening doors and locksmith services
The door has slammed and / or the key is inside
Guaranteed opening without damage! No additional driving costs! Outside Vienna, however, we charge 2 €/km.
Monday – Friday
- 08:00-18:00 – * Fix-price €75,- (Simple door, without any security elements, or the office or internal door. Including arrival of a technician and + 20 min. working hours at the facility)
- 18:00-22:00 – Fix-price + € 30,- evening tariff
- 22:00-08:00 – Fix-price + € 40,- night tariff
(Armored doors, fire doors, double rebated doors, 2-leaf, outward opening doors, etc., we charge an additional € 45, – in addition to the fix price)
IMPORTANT: For extra strong (thick) and special doors with several locks or for doors that use special tools such as a telescope spy or similar, we charge in addition to the fix price € 65, – You can find out which category your door belongs to here.
Weekends and holidays
Fix price + € 40,- weekend tariff
Weekends always are starting on Friday at 6:00 pm and end at 8:00 at the next working day, as well as holidays.
Unlocking a locked door
Monday – Friday
08:00-18:00 – € 150,- Including the arrival of a technician + 20 min. of work at the facility
In some cases, the lock cannot be opened using technological methods, then it will be broken or drilled using mills. In this case, unlocking costs from € 190.00 (with a surcharge of € 50.00 for each cutter used). If the protective socket is connected to the lock, it will be removed, for extra. fee of € 55.00).

- Installation services – per hour / € 90,-
For downtime, due to the fault of the client, we charge € 25,- for 15 minutes. In case of cancellation or inability to fulfill the order, due to the fault of the customer, a fare of € 50,- will be charged.
Dear Customer! We understand that you are upset about the ridiculous situation and the costs incurred in connection with it. But please remember that the technician is not to blame for this, he came to your aid. Please show him respect by letting him do his job.
